Working At The Marshall School 

   

 The Marshall School (TMS) serves students in grades 1 – 12 who learn differently. Our students are curious and eager to learn but struggle in traditional school settings. Employees at The Marshall School enjoy intellectual challenge, a strong and supportive community, and personal satisfaction. Our approach is unique, established, proven, and effective. 





Qualifications for Teaching at The Marshall School    


  • BA/BS ideally in subject area, strong language skills, experience working with adolescents.
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and energetic
  • Experience and/or certification teaching students with learning challenges is preferred but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided for all new staff members.



Positions Available 

   

Upper School Literature Teacher 

  • Teach Literature and Writer’s Workshop classes to Junior and Senior High School students
  • Work with the team collaboratively to increase student achievement.


Upper School Math Teacher

  • Teach Math classes to Junior and Senior High School students
  • Work with the team collaboratively to increase student achievement.
